Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom orders may require approximately 2–3 weeks for completion and shipment. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Mia Koyama is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each piece, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Custom Orders

Custom Pet Lanterns are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for completion and shipment.

Please upload clear reference photos of your pet and include any additional notes, such as preferred expression, pose, colors, or accessories, when placing your order. The form will be seen in your cart before check out. Artistic interpretation and style may vary slightly from provided images.

Lantern Care

Paper lanterns are intended for indoor use only and should be handled with care. Avoid moisture, prolonged direct sunlight, and excessive heat.

Light bulb and cord not included with purchases.
